　　本片主要讲述武周时期，生活在洛阳洛河水两端，不同阶层的两个少女意外被卷入悬案之中，拥有不同身份的她们同心协力揭穿反派阴谋的故事。故事中的两个主人公分别是金吾卫队长的女儿赵青青，以及混迹于城市底层的女孩小骗子，原本过着截然不同生活的两个人，在遭遇洛阳城内一连串匪夷所思的离奇案件后，组成了临时搭档，她们历经重重考验，仍然以无畏之心在乱世中坚守着正义。
