知名插画家惠成（禹知汉饰）受朋友泰俊之托，回到母校星真高中进行特别讲座。休息时间，惠成来到美术室，发现了自己旧时的速写本，并看到了里面一张被撕掉一半的初恋宇镇（申正祐饰）的画像。惠成当场提笔，试着重新画出宇镇的模样……就在画作完成、放下铅笔的瞬间，惠成竟穿越回了2008年的高中时期，并在那里与初恋宇镇重逢。曾经，惠成因担心宇镇会因自己而受伤，选择了故意疏远。即便重返过去，惠成也不想重蹈当年的覆辙，于是试图再次与宇镇保持距离，却对积极主动靠近的宇镇束手无策。
两人重新开启的十八岁。这一次，他们能否改写过去的命运，最终心意相通？
